Hello there.

It’s great bumping into you!

person standing and speaking into a microphone

My name is Ondine. (That’s “OHN-deen.” Interesting story actually. When you have time, read all about the mythological and storied undines from which my name comes in this Britannica article.)

I’m a UX designer, audience researcher, creative problem-solver, and principled trouble-maker. I’m also a dance artist, small dog-owner, buttery-biscuit-maker, and world traveler.

Where have I been all your life?!

I’m a UX researcher & designer with a focus on the arts, nonprofits, and solving for social-good. My experience in people and project management in nonprofits, the arts, and academia has taught me how to communicate effectively, lead teams, manage stakeholders, and solve problems. As an artist, I deeply understand the importance of storytelling, collaboration, and connecting with an audience, and I know how to create experiences that engage and move people. With a keen eye for aesthetics and a deep understanding of human behavior, I bring a fresh perspective to the UX process. As well, I strive to advance diversity, equity, inclusion and justice in all the spaces I inhabit.

I’ve formally studied UX Design & UX Research at University of Colorado Boulder’s ATLAS Institute and CareerFoundry.

I am an experienced manager of people and projects in both large bureaucracies and small, scrappy organizations.

But enough about me.

I want to hear about you.
